They are as follows;


1. Begin with your feet composed and toes in line. Allocate your load to your right leg and twitch the kneecap up, constriction your quads, gluteus and whole leg.

2. Keep it as old-style and as absorbed as probable. Draw your stomach in, shoulders back but calm and eyes onward.

3. By your right hand, spread down and take your foot from beneath. Use your left hand to support to take your knee and left leg up near your right hip in a kind of triangle location.

4. Take your left hand keen on your chest, carrying your shoulders back and hips rectangular to the anterior.

5. If your foot can halt sealed in this location near your pelvis then you can issue your right hand and take this up to the left palm centered in your upper body. If not, keep holding your foot with your right hand as well as the left hand up is transversely your chest and centered.
