Belly or Abdomen Point:
This particular energy median point is located centimeters below your belly button. You need to massage it using an upwards and downwards motion for atleast 2 minutes twice daily. Stimulating this point would make your digestion function better.

Abdominal Sorrow Point:
This point is located under your last rib and is in a straight line with your ear lobe. This needs to be massaged for 5 minutes on daily basis. This too promotes a healthy digestive system and curbs cravings.
This point is located on the outer portion of your leg approx 2 inches below your knee. Use your fore finger to press this point for one minute. It is beneficial as it makes your stomach function better.

Foot/ Ankle Point:
The pressure point is located on the inner aspect of your leg approx 2 inches higher than your ankle. It is just slightly backwards to the leg bone. Use your thumb to apply pressure on this area for one minute daily. It helps in better functioning of spleen and your digestive system.
